Return & Exchange Policy
1. Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping across India.
International shipping charges apply based on destination and order size (shared on inquiry).
For international alterations, return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Orders are delivered in 10-25 Days depending on the piece. Urgent requests? Contact us via WhatsApp or email.
2. Order & Tracking
Track orders via ‘My Account’ (for logged-in users) or the Order Tracking page (for guests).
For queries, email us at theso.manstore@gmail.com – we respond within 48 hours.
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours. Post that, cancellations are at So.Man.'s discretion. Refunds may attract gateway deductions (1.9% domestic / 2.9% international).
3. Returns, Exchanges & Sale Policy
As our garments are handcrafted, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or defective (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery).
If approved, a credit note will be issued (valid for 1 year).
Sale items are final sale – no returns, exchanges, or alterations. Advance payments on sale pieces are non-refundable.
4. Taxes, Duties & Legal
Prices for Indian orders include all applicable taxes.
International deliveries are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. Customers are responsible for import duties/taxes at delivery.
All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
All our products comply with applicable Indian laws. Customers ordering internationally are responsible for ensuring the product complies with their local laws.
5. Sizing, Fit & Product Display
Sizing may vary based on fabric and cut. Use our Size Guide or contact us for help.
Colors may differ slightly due to screen settings.
Descriptions are accurate to the best of our ability, but slight variation is natural in handcrafted items.
6. Undelivered Orders
If uncollected or returned, we will reattempt delivery.After 6 months of no communication, the outfit will be discarded and the amount forfeited.7. Customer Care
